We provide maintenance and handyman services to help maintain your home or business. We provide electrical installation and repair services. We also do heat pump installations (Efficiency Maine authorized installer) and maintenance. We can also provide standby generator installation services.
Maintenance visits are available and include time for "chore" items during these scheduled visits.
Maintenance visits (2, 4 or desired hours) are completed every month, two months or quarterly with "handyman" time to take care of those tasks you do not have the time to complete.
Subscriptions can be customized to meet your needs.
Additional services, subscriptions and Senior Citizen discounts are available.
Maintenance Items typically completed: Interior assessment, exterior assessment, basement assessment, attic assessment, test smoke detectors/change batteries, check fire extinguisher, test GFCI, clean sharpen garbage disposal, clean range hood filter, check lube garage door, clean drain p-traps, clean aerators, check washer hoses, flush water heater test TPR valve, check caulk tubs/counters, clean dryer vent, check window operation and caulk, check door locks/operation, clean replace furnace filter, check water filters and more.
